Turboprop Flight Simulator
Turboprop Flight Simulator is a 3D aviation game focused on flying modern turboprop aircraft, transporting cargo, carrying passengers, and completing different flight operations. There is no traditional story campaign with a named protagonist or fixed ending. Instead, the game is structured around training missions, transport tasks, emergency situations, and free flight. Players learn how to operate aircraft, taxi between airport areas, take off, navigate to destinations, and land safely under different conditions.
Aircraft and Flight Systems
The game includes several aircraft types, including tactical transport planes, regional passenger aircraft, seaplanes, and VTOL designs. Cockpits contain functional controls for systems such as throttle, flaps, landing gear, lights, brakes, and other flight equipment. Players can switch between cockpit and exterior camera views, making it easier to monitor the aircraft during taxiing, takeoff, cruising, and landing.
Missions and Main Activities
Turboprop Flight Simulator offers several types of tasks and free-form activities:
· complete training missions;
· transport cargo between airports;
· carry vehicles and supplies;
· perform cargo drops;
· land on normal and improvised runways;
· fly passenger routes;
· operate VTOL aircraft;
· use seaplanes for water takeoffs and landings;
· drive ground vehicles;
· create custom routes in Free Flight.
Cargo aircraft also have usable interiors and ramps, allowing players to load vehicles and equipment before departure.
Progression and How to Fly
The game does not use traditional numbered levels in the same way as an arcade platformer. Progress comes from completing missions, unlocking additional aircraft and activities, and learning how different planes behave. Training sections introduce the basic controls before more difficult operations require better speed management, navigation, and landing technique.
Flying successfully means controlling more than direction. Players need to manage throttle, altitude, speed, flap settings, landing gear, and runway alignment. A stable approach is important because excessive speed can make landing difficult, while reducing speed too early can cause the aircraft to lose lift. Free Flight removes mission restrictions and lets players practice routes, explore islands and airports, or experiment with different aircraft systems. Turboprop Flight Simulator therefore combines structured missions with open-ended flying, making aircraft operation and procedure the main focus rather than combat or story progression.
