Animal Hospital Anomaly

Animal Hospital Anomaly is a horror survival game set inside a veterinary hospital where ordinary animal patients are mixed with dangerous anomalies. The player works a night shift and must decide which animals genuinely need treatment and which ones are creatures pretending to be normal patients. There is no traditional story campaign with long cutscenes, but later shifts introduce additional events, threats, and information about what is happening inside the hospital.

Checking Every Patient

Animals arrive at the reception desk one at a time. Before allowing a patient inside, the player needs to examine its appearance and compare different pieces of information. A normal-looking animal may still contain small signs that reveal an anomaly. Photos and CCTV cameras provide additional ways to check suspicious patients, so accepting an animal without completing the inspection can create problems later in the shift.

Treatment and Anomaly Detection

Normal patients need medical attention after they are admitted. The player must identify their condition and take them to the correct treatment area while continuing to watch for new arrivals. Important tasks include:

·         checking patient identification;

·         examining faces and body features;

·         comparing photographs with the animal in front of you;

·         using CCTV to look for unusual changes;

·         rejecting suspicious patients;

·         treating illnesses and medical conditions;

·         responding to emergencies around the hospital.

Making the wrong decision can allow a hostile creature into the building. These threats can begin hunting workers and patients, turning normal hospital duties into a survival situation.

The game is divided into shifts rather than traditional levels. Later shifts combine more patient cases with additional emergencies and enemies. Players may need to deal with surgery, medical equipment, fires, unconscious patients, unusual hospital events, and creatures moving through the building. Sanity also needs to be managed, and allowing too many dangerous situations to develop can end the shift.

Surviving Harder Night Shifts

Completing shifts provides money and progression that can be used for classes, items, and other advantages. Different classes can change inventory space, movement, sanity management, or other parts of the job. Animal Hospital Anomaly is mainly about observation, memory, and handling several responsibilities at once. To survive, players need to inspect every patient carefully, treat genuine animals quickly, watch the cameras, and react when something abnormal gets inside the hospital.
